Shipping & Returns
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, with labels and hygiene liner still attached, no odors (including perfumes) and with its attached garment bag. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and it will be returned to you at your expense. We do not pay for return shipping, unless the item is defective. Sale items or items purchased with more than 10% off are not eligible for returns. Be sure to read the full return policy below before making a purchase.
What items are eligible for return / refund?
We do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged or arrives significantly different than as described on our website (no exceptions). For change of opinion, size change or color change, we offer changes for another size or model (subject to store availability), provided that all the following requirements are met:
1. The return request is submitted within 30 days after placing your order.
2. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the hygienic liner still attached, tags, and garment bag, and odor-free (including perfumes).
If you try on a bathing suit, do it over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept a return if it is obvious that it has not been honored, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Any dirty items will be rejected.
The item is not a “sale” item and no promo codes with a discount greater than 10% have been used. We do not accept returns of items on sale or promotions, as they have already been discounted and are therefore not eligible for returns.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer – original shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not provide or refund free return shipping. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
